The Harleysville Jaycees invite you to join other local businesses in sponsoring the annual Harleysville Country Fair Days, scheduled for May 23 to 26, 2012 at the Harleysville Community Center (Park and Community Ave, Harleysville, PA 19438).

For 57 years, the Harleysville Jaycees have been bringing local businesses and non-profit organizations together to make our community a better place to live and work. The primary fundraiser for the Harleysville Jaycees is the annual Harleysville Country Fair Days. Proceeds from the Fair activities benefit many non-profit organizations and less fortunate families throughout the Indian Valley and North Penn area.

Over the past several years, we have established a sponsorship program to give area businesses like yours an opportunity to give back to the community, while promoting your company at a popular and fun annual community event. The sponsorship levels are as follows:

Platinum Sponsorship - $2,500 or more
Your business can sponsor a Wednesday or Thursday evening, or a Saturday afternoon at the Fair. Your company’s name will be associated with the promotion of that day – this includes an advertisement in a local newspaper, on-site signage, and loudspeaker announcements during the Fair. Your company will also be granted the opportunity to maintain a booth at the Fair to greet the community. In addition, you will receive 10 sheets of amusement ride tickets to hand out to your employees, customers, friends, and/or family members. Your logo will be featured on our web site. This sponsorship level will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.

Gold Sponsorship - $1,000
Your company’s name will be listed as a Gold sponsor on a sign at the Fair, and your logo will be featured on our web site. Your company will also receive 5 sheets of amusement ride tickets.

Silver Sponsorship - $500
Your company’s name will be listed as a Silver sponsor on a sign at the Fair, and your company’s name will be listed on our web site. Your company will also receive 2 sheets of amusement ride tickets.

Bronze Sponsorship - $250
For a donation of $250 or more, your company’s name will be listed as a Bronze sponsor on a sign at the Fair and your company’s name will be listed on our web site.

Patron of the Jaycees – Under $250
As a designated Patron of the Jaycees, your company’s name will be listed on our web site.

Raffle Pal – Donated Items
Raffle Pals donate goods or services, normally sold by their business, for the Jaycees to include in the Fair raffle, with drawings on Saturday, May 26, 2012.  Your company’s name advertised on the Fair grounds in the raffle tent and will be listed on our web site.
